Hatha Flow Class
The Hatha Flow style of yoga uses postures, breathe and meditation to find a place of calm and connection. Postures are typically held longer to build strength and flexibility and also provide opportunity to connect within. Transitions are guided by your inhale and exhale. Classes are small, which allows for individual attention. Suitable for beginners to intermediates.
This class consists of gentle postures to increase flexibility, balance and relaxation. Suitable for beginners and active seniors. Have you been gazing at your toes, wondering if you will ever touch them again? Then this class is for you!

What to bring:
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and blanket or pillow to use as a prop. If you own a bolster, you could bring that instead of the blanket.
All students participate within their own abilities. Please inform the teacher if you are pregnant, have an injury or health condition.
